These can be the bad effects of skipping breakfast..!!!

It's a true fact that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should not skip it at any cost. 

Skipping breakfast can lead us to many health risks as such high blood pressure, obesity, cognition and mood.It is said that the metabolic rate is high early during the day that's why this is the ideal time the body needs to be fed with rich nutrients.

Skipping breakfast can decrease our energy level as well as metabolic rate, it can lead us to weight gain and increased our injury rates.

Let's have an eye on the effects of skipping breakfast:- 


  • Badly effect the heart:-  some research shows that people who skip breakfast are at the higher risk of heart attack. This is the enough reason to grab a healthy breakfast before leave your house in the morning.

  • Higher the risk of type-2 diabetes:- According to some research, people who had a bad habit of skipping breakfast were at the higher risk of type 2 diabetes in the comparison of people who had their breakfast daily.

  • Weight gain:- Skipping breakfast pops up the craving of sugary and fatty foods. This is in return lead them to weight gain.

  • Causes migraine:- Skipping breakfast gives a massive dip in the sugar levels. In this way it also increases the blood pressure that triggers migraines and headache.

Whatever breakouts we get on our skin is related to our skin. We can not only blame the food for it, but it can increase the risk of acne. An acne breakout is always been the worst nightmare for every teenager. But you do not need to worry about it here are the list of some foods that cause acne. 

Skimmed Milk:- Some research shows that those who regularly consumed milk were four times more likely to have acne than the people who skipped it. Comparing to pasteurised milk skimmed milk have different kind of proteins which cause an acne to the teenagers.




Ice-cream:-  Due to the sugar content in ice-cream can cause inflammation in the skin and that's why consuming a heavy amount of ice cream can cause acne. 




Potato Chips:- This is something which are most favourite snack of girls especially. The heavy amount of carbohydrate which is found in potato chips have a high glycemic index which causes inflammation can lead to acne breakouts on the skin.




Chocolate:- According to some studies it is said that dairy and sugar products can cause skin problems. The combination of dairy and sugar products can be a deadly combination for the skin and the spots can be remain for a long time.




Spicy foods:- Consuming more spicy foods can also lead an acne on your face. For more healthy and acne free skin avoid spicy foods.




Cheese:- It can trigger a burst of the hormone insulin in your body, which helps your cells to absorb more sugar. Because of more insulin circulation in your bloodstream, presence of acne can be seen to be more.

क्या हैं चोकरयुक्त आटा खाने के फायदे...!!!

आजकल लोग बाजार से लाया हुआ गेहूं का आटा खाते हैं जिसमें बिल्कुल भी चोकर नहीं होता। इसलिये हमारी सलाह कि आपको चक्की का मोटा आटा खाना चाहिये क्योंकि उसमें चोकर होता है। आटे में चोकर होने की वजह से रोटियां भले ही थेाड़ी बेस्वाद लगे लेकिन वह इतनी पौष्टिक होती है कि आप सोच भी नहीं सकते।

Facts About Zika Virus....!!!

Nowadays Zika virus is one of the most popular news for everyone. This virus has spread over more than 30 countries and their territories. The World Health Organization has categorized this virus as an international emergency.


These days, almost every country is on the risk of getting Zika virus in its territory. This virus can be quickly transmitted while traveling from one country to another. According to the Texas health organization, Zika is a sexually transmitted virus.

- The most important fact about Zika virus is that it is normally spread by the mosquitoes. It's generally passed on when an "Aedes" mosquito bites an individual with an active infection, after that it gets transmitted to the other person when the mosquito bites other person.

- This virus was initially called ZIKV and it was discovered in the year 1947 in a forest named Zika in Uganda. In the year 2014, for the first time, Latin America was infected with it and after that the virus has swiftly transmitted.


- As there is no vaccine of this virus, so the best prevention of Zika is to control the mosquitoes from breeding. The breeding sites are mainly the water filled habitations such as puddles, plant pots, birdbaths, toilets, swimming pool, etc. Apart from it, chemical pesticides are the best measure to kill the mosquitoes, however these pesticides should be used carefully to avoid contamination that can be risky to your health.

When it comes to losing fat,belly area happens to be one of the stubborn area of our body. Belly area easily accumulates fat and refuses to let go. Having belly fat can lead several health problems and we also look terrible with it.

We can get a solution of it by avoiding the habits which lead a belly fat. To get rid of it we must need to change our  daily routine a little bit. 

Let's have a look on those bad habit's which lead a belly fat-

Sedentary Lifestyle:- We can also call it a busy schedule work lifestyle. If you are also leading a sedentary lifestyle then it can be hard for you to lose your belly fat. A body that does not get enough of exercise cannot burn the extra calories. This extra fat settles around the waist and gradually increases.




Sleep Deprivation:- All of us have lots of work to do in the same twenty-four hours but it's all depend on us how we take it. You may also attract the belly fat if you also deprive yourself of sleep. When you are sleep deprived, your level of cortisol, the stress hormone, increases and this can makes you crave for sugary food substances and as we all know that sugar is not good for waistline.

डायबिटिक फुटकेयर: एेसे करें पैरों की देखभाल

अधिकतर डायबिटीज के रोगियों के लिए पैरों और उनके पंजों की देखभाल बहुत जरूरी है। अगर आप डायबिटिक हैं तो पंजे पर लगा एक छोटा सा कट भी आपके लिए खतरनाक हो सकता है। इस बीमारी में पंजों तक सही तरीके से रक्त प्रवाह नहीं हो पाता है। ऐसे में कोई भी त्वचा संबंधी समस्या, संक्रमण या चोट को ठीक होने में बहुत समय लगता है। 

इतना ही नहीं, कई बार पंजों की त्वचा पर छाले या रैशेज पड़ जाते हैं। इनकी अनदेखी से हो सकता है कि आपको अपने पैरों के अंगूठे, उंगलियां और पंजों तक से हाथ धोना पड़ सकता है। ऐसे में पंजों की देखभाल के लिए आपको क्या करना चाहिए, इसकी जानकारी हम आपको दे रहे हैं।

चोट को हल्के में न लें:-
डायबिटीज में अक्सर रोगियों में त्वचा के प्रति संवेदनशीलता का एहसास कम हो जाता है इसलिए उन्हें पता ही नहीं चलता कि कब उनके पंजे पर कट लगा और कब उन्हें पैरों में कोई चोट लगी। चोट के पकने या बिगड़ जाने पर उन्हें दिक्कत होती है और तब उन्हें उपचार के लिए तगड़ी मशक्कत करनी पड़ती है। ऐसे में समझदारी यह है कि आप अपने पंजों पर लगी छोटी सी भी चोट को गंभीरता से लें और उसे जल्द से जल्द ठीक करें।

सर्दियों में रखें खास ध्यान:-
ठंड में डायब‌िटिक के लिए पंजों का खास खयाल रखना बेहद जरूरी है क्योंकि इस मौसम में पैरों की त्वचा तेजी से रूखी होती है और पंजे व एड़ियां फटते हैं। ऐसे में पैरों को हमेशा सूखा रखें और मोजे पहनकर रहें। 

गुनगुने पानी से साफ करें पैर:-
रोज रात में सोने के पहले पैरों को हल्के गर्म यानी गुनगुने पानी में थोड़ी देर रखें और पैरों को साफ करें। फिर टॉवल से अच्छी तरह पैरों को सुखाएं, खासतौर पर अंगूठे और उंगलियों के बीच के गैप को।

मॉश्चयुराइज करें:-
डायबिटीज में त्वचा अधिकतर ड्राइ रहती है इसलिए उसकी मॉश्चयुराइजिंग बेहद जरूरी है। अगर आप नियमित रूप से पंजों पर मॉश्चुयराइजर या तेल लगाएंगे तो त्वचा न तो ड्राइ होगी, न फटेगी और न ही उसमें से खून निकलेगा।ध्यान रहे कि अंगूठे और उंगलियों के बीच ज्यादा मॉश्चुयराइजर न लगाएं नहीं तो फंगल संक्रमण हो सकता है।

ध्यान से काटें नाखून:-
पैरों के नाखून काटते वक्त सबसे ज्यादा कट लगने का चांस होता है इसलिए नाखून काटते वक्त पैरों का खास ध्यान दें। नाखूनों को बहुच छोटा न काटें और काटते वक्त पहले साइड से काटें और फिर बीच में नाखून काटें।

डायबिटीज पर रखें नियंत्रण:-
डायबिटीज को नियंत्रित रखें जिससे शरीर का रक्त प्रवाह सुचारू रहे और पंजों की त्वचा को नुकसान न हो। संतुलित डाइट और एक्सरसाइज से आप डायबिटीज कंट्रोल कर सकते हैं। 

धूम्रपान से बचें:-
वैसे तो धूम्रपान से बचे रहने की बहुत सारी वजहें हैं लेकिन डायबिटिक के लिए एक जरूरी वजह यह भी है कि धूम्रपान से रक्त का प्रवाह अवरुद्ध होता है जिससे खून सही तरीके से पंजों तक नहीं पहुंच पाता और तरह-तरह की समस्याएं पैदा होती हैं।

A Day Time Napping Can Raise Your Diabetes Risk...!!!

A new research suggests that it can be dangerous for a diabetic to take a nap during the day time. The researchers from the university of Tokyo analyzed ten studies from the countries all over the world which included data on 261,365 participants. They found that 56% higher risk of getting type two diabetes is linked to excessive daytime sleepiness. 







Yes, it is true that sleep is an important component of a healthy life but the new research shows that  it is not good for the diabetic people. A longer daytime nap of 60 minutes or more can increase the risk of diabetes till 46%. The analysis also showed that taking 40 minutes of nap per day did not increase the risk of diabetes. Sleep is a blissful experience so rather than taking nap in day time we should take a good night's sleep. The researchers conclude that sleep disorders may contribute to exhaustion throughout the day, which in turn may add to diabetes risk. Diabetes is a condition where the body is unable to effectively break down blood sugar levels, it can also lead to heart disease, kidney failure and blindness. Daytime napping might be a consequence of night-time sleep disturbances such as obstructive sleep apnea, showed by some of the researchers. “Epidemiological studies have shown that obstructive sleep apnea is directly linked to blockages of heart problems, stroke, fatal and non-fatal cardiovascular events, and all-cause mortality.

Foods That Melt Your Body Fat And Kill Hunger..!!!

In the regulation of hunger and fat build up hormones play an important role. There are two types of hormones in our body one is ghrelin and another one is leptin. Ghrelin hormones is the one which is responsible for our hunger by sending signals to the brain. If this hormone secreted in excess in the body, it will result in overeating. 

The other hormone leptin is the main reason behind for suppressing appetite that sends signals to the brain that you are full. This hormone will prevent you from overeating and fat build up. You will never feel full with food and will always feel hunger if this leptin hormone will not be secreted in proper amounts. 

So in this way here are some food which will help to increase leptin and decrease ghrelin in our body. 

Here are some foods which will melt your body fat and kill your hunger:-



  • Eggs:-  Eating eggs in the breakfast will suppress the hormone ghrelin. In result you will feel full during the day time and it will also consume your extra calories and your unwanted cravings will also stop.

  • Oats:- If you will have oats in the breakfast it will gives you the full satisfaction during the day and it will decrease your unwanted hunger too. Oats contain lots of fiber which fills your belly. It also helps to reduce inflammation in the body. 

  • Boiled Potato:- Boiled potato will stimulate the production of fat burning, Put some boiled potatoes in the fridge, this will help to cover their starch into insoluble starch. Eat these potatoes with a vegetable salad and sprinkle some black pepper over it. 

  • Fatty Fish:- There is a fish called halibut which is full of omega 3 and fatty acids. It produces the fat melting hormone in the body known as leptin and reduces inflammation.  You can also have mackerel, salmon and tuna fish.
