Here are some food which can cause Acne..!!!


Whatever breakouts we get on our skin is related to our skin. We can not only blame the food for it, but it can increase the risk of acne. If you are also one of them who have already tried each nd every beauty products which is available in the market to get rid of acne then it's time to think upon the importance of your diet.

An acne breakout is always been the worst nightmare for every teenager. But you do not need to worry about it here are the list of some foods that cause acne. 

Skimmed Milk:- Some research shows that those who regularly consumed milk were four times more likely to have acne than the people who skipped it. Comparing to pasteurised milk skimmed milk have different kind of proteins which cause an acne to the teenagers.




Ice-cream:-  Due to the sugar content in ice-cream can cause inflammation in the skin and that's why consuming a heavy amount of ice cream can cause acne. 




Potato Chips:- This is something which are most favourite snack of girls especially. The heavy amount of carbohydrate which is found in potato chips have a high glycemic index which causes inflammation can lead to acne breakouts on the skin.




Chocolate:- According to some studies it is said that dairy and sugar products can cause skin problems. The combination of dairy and sugar products can be a deadly combination for the skin and the spots can be remain for a long time.




Spicy foods:- Consuming more spicy foods can also lead an acne on your face. For more healthy and acne free skin avoid spicy foods.




Cheese:- It can trigger a burst of the hormone insulin in your body, which helps your cells to absorb more sugar. Because of more insulin circulation in your bloodstream, presence of acne can be seen to be more.




Pizza:-  Apart from other spicy and dairy foods it is believed that there are more chances of acne formation when we consume this food. Maintain a distance from it to get rid of acne.
