Four Exercises To Keep Fit At Work...!!!


  • Chair Hip Twist:-  All of us find ourselves sitting on a chair at least once while we working. Most of us even sit for more than six to eight hours of the day. So due to lack of physical exercise we gain weight but we can get active on our chair also. We can do this exercise on a continuous basis throughout the day. The exercise itself is very simple and it won't leave you with sweat marks. It's begin by placing your feet on the ground and tightening your core. It can be beneficial to pull in your pelvis and straighten up your back, as it will engage your whole body. After this place your arm on your desk and fix them their for a while and keep twisting your body left to right. It is a great exercise for trimming your hip and strengthens your core. 

  • The Stairs Workout:-  This is for them who works in a high rise building. You can use it as the most versatile workout area in the whole building. Here are some few exercises what you should try next time whenever you find yourself there.
- You simply need to jog the stairs, it can add a cardio in your work day.
- You can also do the step up exercises.
-   Use interval training. When going up flights of stairs switch from walking to a quick sprint and then walking again. Keep doing this until you get to the floor you want.


  • The Desk Leg Press:- You can do this exercise without bringing attention to yourself.Whilst at your desk, straighten your body and straighten your legs away from you. Place both legs together; if you have a book lying around grab it, place it on your feet and balance it. Then begin lifting your legs together up and down whilst making sure your core is tight. This will help tone your calves and thighs.

  • Fidget:-  Fidgeting is the most simplest and effective workout. You can easily burn off more calories if you can get into a habit of constantly fidgeting throughout the day.This can be more simple as swiveling on your chair, bobbing along to music and tapping your feet. You can do this without thinking and also try to restrain yourself from fidgeting when going to sleep with your loved one. You may find yourself sleeping on the sofa.
